Thursday evening I was invited to the UK pizza and pasta awards! It really was amazing to see what a small world the restaurant sector is. A nice cheesy picture of Fran (from the Irish Pizza Team) and me with his National Pizza award. Fran is from the restaurant Bistro Bianconi in Dublin, they make some of the best pizzas not only in Ireland but in Europe, check out the link to find out more about Fran’s business and team.
