I am starting to receive a lot of mails-comments from the users of just-eat.co.uk which is great!
One of the main themes that people write to me about is the quality and importance of customer service/care.
Historically just-eat has been a business built on maximising the most of what we had (which was not a lot! Especially in the early years!) and there was a lack of investment in some key areas. This actually built a lean, mean and successful business. For us to go to the next level we are more than aware that you, our users, need to have a great experience every time and especially when something goes wrong. Things are changing fast so keep the faith!
The reason for this blog is to assure that we are moving forward, investing a lot of time and energy in taking our customer service to a high level, but we know we are not there yet. We will be very soon and i think for those of you that are regular users you will see some huge steps the next4-12 weeks. So please keep the faith and keep telling me when (david@just-eat.co.uk) you have ideas or feedback, I promise we will always do all we can to ensure your online food ordering experience was a great one.
