David Buttress – Inch by inch…

Yesterday I received a update from Ben Jones who recently went from the UK team to the new Canadian team. Please see the update below, this epitomises the ‘just-eat’ spirit.  It is never easy to start a new market up from a restaurant perspective but Ben has shown that if you do whatever it takes and are really motivated anything is possible.

Canada is great!

Slightly different working out there to the UK though. For example dave Power and I were sitting up last night getting very excited as the orders kept growing!! A new Canadian record!!!

Anyway it’s VERY cold out here which means you make the sales presentations last as long as possible. Being stuck out in-26c is not nice!

Just under 150 restaurants online. Plus orders are growing really fast!

I managed to sign 5 this week. 4 the week before (no car) and 4 the week before that (no car)

Hitting 5 for this week was a huge thing for me! The same type of feeling as hitting 10 in a week in the UK!

I do now however have a car so will hopefully be averaging at least 5 a week again! I know Dave P is hoping for at least that! as is DC, Rasmus, Momen and DB! (No pressure)

Any ways hope you all well in the UK and not suffering to much with the cold there!

On a side note; Norwich City FC re now top of the table, 3 points clear of leeds (fyi tom) and 16 games unbeaten, taking 41points from a possible 45!!!!!
