David Buttress – Inch by inch…

I watched a interview with Warren Gatland the Welsh rugby coach who was analysing the relatively poor campaign Wales have had this year in the six nations and the action he has as leader taken with the players. It resonated with me because i think he is right!  It is all well and good high fiving and focusing on the positives but sometimes in business as in sport you have to hold your hand up and take responsibility and have a kick up the ass when you have not done things well enough and take that in the ‘positive’ spirit it is given.  If you watch the clip from 8 minutes 20 seconds you get the idea!
