We are having several important discussions at our company about how and what our culture should be now and for the future. The culture of a company is really important and not just for internal employees and partners but also it is very relevant to consumers these days. Companies like Google and Virgin have connected with consumers in a big way not just because of their core product but because their culture is something that also resonates with lots of consumers around the World.
The great thing about Just-Eat is that we are and always have been true to ourselves and our culture will be a honest reflection of who and what we are as a business. I have a strong sense of who I think we are, it’ll be exciting to see where we exactly end up in the coming years. Here’s one fun take on it.
