Tonight I don't eat as the take away is 'too busy' to deliver, and my last few quid is in cyberspace for a week. YOU take the money before I get the ok on delivery! BAD Practice. The other day another Take-away phoned me up telling me they wanted £1 delivery ontop of the payment as I lived too far from them. What happened to trades descriton? But I have doubts if I shall continue my custom with your company. This is not the 1st time that I’ve had poor service. I realise that you only process the orders on behalf of the takeaway, but sustainable continuation of poor standards will reflect on your overall reputation.
