		<description>Hi Stuart, thanks for taking the time and trouble to write to me. I am of course sorry to hear that you have not had a positive customer care experience. We are growing so much right now which is great, but we are more than clear that we are only as good as when one of our customers needs our help. We are investing right now in a bigger customer care team and making sure they are giving all the tools they need to give a great experience every time, but we are not there yet. Rest assured that we will be there soon!
