Me writing a blog is something that i never thought would happen. To me it is like marriage, going bald and starting to wear slippers you never think it will happen to you but it does!
I have read a few bLog Outlogs recently (Stephen Fry & Matt Cutts I liked the most) and what my blog will be about is honestly what I care about. Therefore the main topics of my blog will be my experience, life and knowledge of selling asĀ a sales professional, some personal stuff (mainly Everton, Rugby, my dogs and of course last but not least family
) and finally my experiences at working at Just-Eat.co.uk
Hope you will enjoy it and i welcome all open, honest feedback no matter how brutal!
A great idea and promising service, but I have been very disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and rudeness of customer service. I fear that this will undermine the proposition as the business grows.

Hi Stuart, thanks for taking the time and trouble to write to me. I am of course sorry to hear that you have not had a positive customer care experience. We are growing so much right now which is great, but we are more than clear that we are only as good as when one of our customers needs our help. We are investing right now in a bigger customer care team and making sure they are giving all the tools they need to give a great experience every time, but we are not there yet. Rest assured that we will be there soon!
