“26C THIS WEEKEND. (this would usually be followed by an exclamation mark however i’m making an effort not to use so many).
It is today the last day of march which means we sales poeple have about 8 hours to pat ourselves on the back until we have to do it all over again next month and hopefully better. For myself, I finished on a total of 26 Sales and $16,800 Budget. So i’m quite proud of myself. However this means nothing come tomorrow and i’m on 0 for the month so I better get selling again fast. There is nothing worse for a sales guy than being on 0. Its like a striker with no Goals or a keeper with no clean sheets behind him. Its really important come the 1st day of the new month you get that early goal. That way there is no stress of thinking where is the first one coming from. My advise for everyone this week, well on thursday is, Don’t go home until you have a sale. Then come monday your not worried about getting that sale. It will give you the confidence to kick on and have a great month! (i know i used an exclamation mark there)
So as i said in the opening line, it is due to be 26C on friday and saturday. Both are days-of this week (Good Friday). Also Norwich will be on TV so it will be the first chance i get to see them play on TV since i watched them beat Leeds United on the internet stream last satrurday! What a great game, 89 minutes and Chrissy Martin pops up with a blinding header, puts it well out of the reach of the goalie and into the back of the net! A few VERY interesting facts for you (Because i know anyone reading will be interested)

The reason i want to highlight those points is one, i’m very proud of my team for the first time since 6 years ago, (when we won promotion to the premier league and beat the likes of Man united and Youseff safri scored the goal of the season against Newcastle) (Youtube it) but also because it shows from a sales point of view how we should always be great up until that last call. And once you have done that Last call do one more… Why? Because that ‘one more’ is 5 a week, which is 20-24 a month, which means 4 to 6 extra sales a month. That could increase your month from 15 to 21 or 21 to 26. Think about it.
Also as it is the end of the month something for everyone to bear in mind for next month: ‘Your only as good as your last game’”
Yes Sales Man always start new month with 0 but the good one always have some thing in sleeves so he never runs out!! I know I am famous for sleeves but honestly i was motivated as every monday i used start with 1 contract that used to give me a great kick to move on. I call it opening stock
